Overview

The Billing & Usage page shows your current plan and the features included with your LayerFive subscription.

Navigate to: Administration → Billing & Usage

Access: Only users with the Account Owner role can view this page.


My Plan

The My Plan tab displays your active subscription. Each plan shows its current status (Enabled) and a full list of included features.

Plan Features

Depending on your plan, included features may cover:

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade or change your plan, click Connect Now on the plan card, or contact your LayerFive Customer Success Manager directly.

Plan changes are managed through your CSM — they can advise on the right tier based on your current usage, team size, and reporting needs.


Troubleshooting

I can't access a feature I expect to have Check the features listed under your active plan. If the feature is listed but not accessible, contact your CSM. If it's not listed, it may require a plan upgrade.

I can't see the Billing & Usage page Only Account Owner users can access Administration settings. Ask your account's owner to check your role in User Management.
