Overview

The View Dashboards page provides centralized access to all saved dashboards within the platform.

Users can:

  • View existing dashboards

  • Open dashboards

  • Edit dashboards

  • Delete dashboards

  • Create new dashboards

  • Review dashboard widget summaries

This page acts as the primary dashboard management hub.


Accessing View Dashboards

Steps

  1. Navigate to Dashboards

  2. Select View Dashboards


Dashboard Listing Page

The View Dashboards page displays all available dashboards as individual dashboard cards.

Each card contains:

  • Dashboard name

  • Dashboard description

  • Widget summary

  • Edit option

  • Delete option


Dashboard Cards

Each dashboard is displayed in a card layout for quick identification and management.

Dashboard Information

Each dashboard card displays the following information:

Dashboard Name

The dashboard title helps users quickly identify dashboard purpose.

Examples:

  • Blended ROAS Dashboard

  • Shopify Sales Summary

  • Creative Reporting

  • Business Performance


Dashboard Description

A short summary explains the dashboard contents and reporting purpose.


Widget Summary

Each dashboard card displays a quick widget count summary.

Metrics Count

Displays the number of metric widgets added to the dashboard.

Reports Count

Displays the number of reports included in the dashboard.

Charts Count

Displays the number of charts configured inside the dashboard.


Creating a New Dashboard

Users can create a new dashboard directly from the View Dashboards page.

Steps

  1. Click Create New Dashboard

  2. Configure dashboard layout

  3. Add widgets and sections

  4. Save the dashboard


Opening a Dashboard

To access a dashboard:

  1. Click on the dashboard card

  2. The selected dashboard opens in dashboard view mode


Editing Dashboards

Users can modify existing dashboards using the Edit option.

Steps

  1. Click the Edit icon on a dashboard card

  2. The dashboard opens in edit mode

  3. Make required changes

  4. Save the dashboard

Deleting Dashboards

Users can permanently remove dashboards using the Delete option.

Steps

  1. Click the Delete icon on a dashboard card

  2. Confirm deletion

  3. The dashboard is removed from the dashboard list
