Overview

The Attribution Analytics section provides a detailed view of marketing attribution performance across channels, campaigns, ads, and keywords.

It helps analyze:

  • Revenue attribution

  • Order attribution

  • Ad performance

  • ROAS and CPA

  • Channel contribution

  • Attribution model comparisons


Accessing Attribution Analytics

To open Attribution Analytics:

  1. Navigate to Marketing Attribution

  2. Click Attribution Analytics

The Marketing Attribution Dashboard will open.


Dashboard Summary Cards

The top section displays high-level attribution KPIs.

Metrics include:

  • LayerFive Tracked Orders

  • E-Commerce Orders

  • Coverage %

These cards provide a quick overview of attribution tracking performance.


Viewing Order Breakdown by Tags

The E-Commerce Orders card includes a detailed tag breakdown popup.

To open it:

  1. Click the external-link icon on the E-Commerce Orders card

A popup appears showing:

  • Order tags

  • Order percentages

  • Total attributed orders

Order Breakdown Features

Inside the popup, you can:

  • Search tags

  • View order distribution

  • Export data

  • Expand the popup window

The table displays:

  • Tag names

  • Order %

  • Total orders


Attribution Performance Tables

The MOAT section contains attribution performance tables categorized by:

  • Media Source

  • Campaign

  • Ads

  • Keywords

Each section provides detailed attribution metrics.


Attribution Metrics Available

Metrics displayed include:

  • Visits

  • Any Click Orders

  • Conversion Rate

  • Revenue $

  • Revenue %

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • Ad Spend

  • ROAS

  • CPA

Performance changes are highlighted using color indicators.


Opening Media Source Details

Media sources are clickable for deeper analysis.

To view detailed source performance:

  1. Click a media source name

Example:

  • Google Ads

  • SMS

  • Direct

  • Facebook Ads


Detailed Attribution View

The detailed view displays campaign-level attribution metrics for the selected source.

Available tabs include:

  • Media Source

  • Campaign

  • Ads

  • Keywords

The selected source appears in the breadcrumb navigation.

Attribution Models

The Attribution dropdown allows switching between attribution models.

Available options include:

  • Any Click

  • First Click

  • Last Click

  • Equal Weight

  • View-Through

Changing the attribution model recalculates performance data across the table.


Customer Type Filter

The Customer Type filter helps segment attribution data.

Available options:

  • All

  • New Customer

  • Returning Customer

This helps analyze acquisition versus retention performance.


Searching Attribution Data

Use the search field to locate:

  • Campaigns

  • Ads

  • Keywords

  • Sources

Search results update instantly within the table.


Attributed Orders by Media Source

The dashboard includes a visual chart showing attributed orders by media source over time.

The chart displays:

  • Daily attributed orders

  • Media source contribution

  • Attribution trends


Exporting Attribution Data

To export attribution reports:

  1. Click Export Data

  2. Select the desired export option

Exported reports can be used for:

  • Reporting

  • External analysis

  • Client presentations


Table Navigation

At the bottom of tables, you can:

  • Change items per page

  • Navigate between pages

  • View total record counts

This helps manage large attribution datasets efficiently.
