Overview

The Create Report module in Creative Reporting allows users to analyze creative performance across ads, copy variations, headlines, landing pages, and campaigns.

This feature helps teams identify:

  • Top-performing creatives

  • High-spending ads

  • Best converting creatives

  • Low-performing assets

  • CTR and ROAS trends

  • Creative fatigue indicators

Creative reports combine visual asset previews with detailed KPI analysis for faster optimization decisions.


Accessing Create Report

Steps

  1. Navigate to Creative Reporting

  2. Click Create Report

The Creative Reporting builder opens.


Creative Reporting Interface

The report builder contains several configuration areas:

Section Description
Group By Defines creative grouping level
Date Range Select reporting period
Filters Apply campaign/ad filters
KPI Chips Selected performance metrics
Creative Cards Visual creative preview cards
Metrics Table Detailed KPI analysis table
View Switcher Toggle report layouts


Step 1: Select Group By

The Group By dropdown controls how creatives are categorized.

Available Grouping Options

Group By Description
Ad Name Groups by advertisement
Creative Groups by creative asset
Copy Groups by ad copy
Headline Groups by headlines
Landing Page Groups by destination URL

Step 2: Select Date Range

Choose the reporting period for analysis.

Quick Date Presets

Available presets may include:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last Week

  • Last Month

  • Last Year

  • This Month

  • This Year

Custom Date Selection

Users can also manually select:

  • Start date

  • End date

Step 3: Apply Filters

Filters help narrow creative analysis.

Available Filter Types

Examples include:

  • Campaign name

  • Ad set name

  • Ad name

Step 4: Select Metrics

Metrics appear as KPI chips above the report.

ROAS Return on ad spend

Adding Metrics

Steps

  1. Click Add metric

  2. Select additional KPIs

  3. Metrics are added to:

    • Creative cards

    • KPI table


Removing Metrics

Click the X icon beside any KPI chip to remove it from the report.


Include Zero-Delivery Ads

Enable this option to display creatives with:

  • No impressions

  • No spend

  • No delivery

Useful for:

  • Troubleshooting inactive creatives

  • Reviewing unpublished ads

  • Identifying delivery issues


Creative Cards Section

Creative cards provide a visual summary of each asset.

Each card may display:

  • Creative preview image/video

  • Ad name

  • Spend

  • Purchase value

  • CPA

  • ROAS

  • CTR


Creative Performance Insights

Creative cards help identify:

  • High ROAS creatives

  • Expensive low-converting ads

  • Strong CTR assets

  • Poor engagement creatives


KPI Heatmap Table

The Creative Metrics Overview table displays detailed performance data.

Heatmap Colors

The system uses color intensity for quick performance evaluation.

Green Metrics

Indicate stronger performance.

Examples:

  • High ROAS

  • High Revenue

  • High Purchase Volume

Red Metrics

Indicate weaker performance.

Examples:

  • High CPM

  • High CPC

  • Low CTR


KPI Columns

Common columns include:

Selecting Rows

The checkboxes displayed at the top of the KPI table control which metrics appear on the creative cards above.

Steps

  1. Locate the metric headers in the KPI table

  2. Check the box above the desired metric

  3. The selected metric is automatically added to the creative cards section

Example

Selecting:

  • ROAS

  • Revenue

  • CTR (all)

Will display those metrics directly on each creative card for quick performance comparison.


Removing Metrics from Cards

To remove a metric from the creative cards:

  1. Uncheck the metric checkbox

  2. The metric is removed from the card view automatically


Switching Report Views

The top-right view switcher changes report layout styles.

Available Views

Grid View Card-based creative layout
Table View Structured KPI table
Analytics View Focused metric analysis

Saving Reports

After configuring the report:

  1. Click Save

  2. Enter report details if prompted

  3. Save the creative report

The report becomes available in:

  • Creative Reporting → View Report

Identify creatives with:

  • Highest ROAS

  • Highest revenue

  • Lowest CPA


Creative Fatigue Monitoring

Detect declining performance through:

  • Falling CTR

  • Rising CPC

Group by Copy to analyze:

  • Use shorter date ranges for fatigue analysis

  • Compare ROAS against spend together

Troubleshooting

Missing Creative Data

Verify:

  • Date range selection

  • Campaign delivery

  • Filter configuration


Metrics Not Updating

Check:

  • Selected KPIs

  • Active filters

  • Data availability


Empty Report Results

Possible causes:

  • No delivery during selected range

  • Incorrect filters

  • Unsupported creative grouping


Slow Loading Reports

Large date ranges and multiple KPIs may increase loading time.

Recommendations:

  • Reduce date range

  • Remove unused metrics

  • Apply campaign filters
