Overview

The Google Performance dashboard provides detailed insights into Google Ads campaign performance, including spend, purchases, ROAS, clicks, revenue, and conversion metrics.

The dashboard is designed to help teams monitor campaign efficiency, identify optimization opportunities, and analyze advertising trends across Google Ads campaigns.


Accessing the Google Performance Dashboard

Steps

  1. Navigate to Dashboards

  2. Select Google Performance

Date Range Selector

The date range selector controls the reporting period displayed across the dashboard.

Features

  • Select predefined date ranges

  • Compare against previous periods

  • Dynamically update dashboard data


Filter by Campaign

The Filter by Campaign dropdown allows you to isolate specific Google Ads campaigns for analysis.

Features

  • Search campaigns

  • Select individual campaigns

  • Select all campaigns

  • Dynamically filter dashboard data

Steps

  1. Open the Filter by Campaign dropdown

  2. Search or select campaigns

  3. Apply the required filters


KPI Summary Cards

The KPI cards display high-level Google Ads performance metrics. Metrics include: Spend, Purchases, Cost Per Purchase, ROAS, CPM, and Link Clicks

KPI Trend Indicators

Each KPI card displays:

  • Current value

  • Percentage increase or decrease

  • Comparison against previous periods


Customize KPIs

The Customize KPIs feature allows you to control which KPI cards appear on the dashboard.

Features

  • Select up to 6 KPIs

  • Remove KPIs

  • Rearrange KPI order

  • Reset to default layout

Available KPI Options

Available KPIs include: Spend, Purchases, Cost Per Purchase, ROAS, CPM, Link Clicks, Click-Through Rate, and Cost Per Link Click

Applying KPI Changes

Steps

  1. Open Customize KPIs

  2. Select or remove KPI cards

  3. Rearrange KPI order if required

  4. Click Apply Changes


Key KPIs Trend Chart

The Key KPIs section visualizes selected KPI performance trends over time.

Chart Features

  • Multi-metric trend visualization

  • Dynamic updates based on filters

Show Comparison

Enable Show Comparison to compare current performance against a previous reporting period.

Performance By Time

The Performance By Time table provides daily Google Ads performance metrics. Metrics include: Cost, Impressions, CPM, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, Purchases, Revenue, CVR, and ROAS

Time Granularity Options

The dashboard allows you to switch reporting views between: Year, Month, Week, and Day


Campaign Performance

The Campaign Performance table provides campaign-level reporting and analysis. Metrics include: Cost, Impressions, CPM, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, Purchases, Revenue, CVR, and ROAS

  • Campaign-level breakdowns

  • Sortable columns

  • Pagination controls

  • Detailed performance comparison

Troubleshooting

Dashboard Not Updating

Verify:

  • Google Ads integration is connected

  • Selected date range is valid

  • Campaign filters are applied correctly

Missing Campaign Data

Ensure:

  • Campaigns are active within the selected date range

  • Google Ads sync is completed successfully

  • Required permissions are enabled

KPI Cards Not Saving

Check that:

  • No more than 6 KPIs are selected

  • Changes were applied successfully

Incorrect Trend Data

Verify:
